派丽奥局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨派丽奥局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征的应用效果。方法:选取某院70例牙周牙髓综合征患者,纳入时间为2018年2月~2019年2月。将70例患者均分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规基础上加用派丽奥局部给药的方法治疗,观察对比两组临床应用效果。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),统计学意义成立;治疗后,观察组菌斑指数、出血指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋探诊指数水平低于对照组(P<0.05),统计学意义成立。结论:常规方法基础上使用派丽奥局部给药治疗牙周牙髓综合征可提升治疗效果,改善患者口腔功能,提升患者生活品质,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of perio local administration in the treatment of periodontal pulp syndrome.Methods:70 patients with periodontal pulp syndrome treated in a hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with local administration of perio on the basis of routine treatment,then the clinical effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index,bleeding index,gingival index and periodontal pocket detection index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional methods,the treatment of periodontal pulp syndrome with local administration of perio can improve the treatment effect,improve the oral function and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
