摘 要:目的探究多元化教学方法在小儿呼吸内科护理带教中的应用价值。方法该次研究时间以该院2019年5-11月期间小儿呼吸内科护理50名实习生为研究样本,以临床护理带教模式为分组依据,常规组25名实习生采用常规教学方法,多元组25名实习生接受多元化教学方法,对比两组实习生实践能力评分与综合考核成绩。结果在实践操作能力方面,多元组与常规组相比占有优势(P<0.05);在理论知识考核、实践成绩考核方面,多元组与常规组相比较,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学方法能够通过多方向、多元化的教学方式促进实习生护理能力的提升,在提升临床带教质量的同时,提升了小儿呼吸内科的临床护理服务质量。Objective To explore the application value of multiple teaching methods in pediatric respiratory medicine nursing teaching. Methods The study period was from May to November 2019 in the hospital, with 50 internships of pediatric respiratory medicine nursing in the hospital as the research sample, and the clinical nursing teaching model as the group basis, 25 internships in the routine group, using the conventional teaching method, 25 interns in the multivariate group accepted the diversified teaching method, and compared the practical ability scores and comprehensive assessment results of the two groups of interns. Results In terms of practical operation ability, the multivariate group had an advantage over the conventional group(P<0.05);in terms of theoretical knowledge assessment and practical performance assessment, the multivariate group had a statistically significant difference between the groups compared with the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified teaching methods can promote the improvement of interns’ nursing ability through multi-directional and diversified teaching methods. While improving the quality of clinical teaching, the quality of clinical nursing services in pediatric respiratory medicine.
