建设中德创新型园区行动方案研究

摘　　要：合理建设中德创新型园区,保证园区的长远发展,可以建立生态、建设、低碳的标准细则,在此基础上结合园区建设的初衷对园区进行建设:加强与德国合作,发展合作新方向,关注合作教育;明确园区目标定位,融入全球创新网络;合理规划产业布局,构建十字型结构,形成一心两线四象的态势;建立系列制度保证园区的运行和发展,主要是长效评估制度和具体的管理制度。Reasonable building Sino-German innovative park and ensuring long-term development of the park can establish ecological,construction and low-carbon standard rules.On this basis,the original intention of the park construction is combined to construct the park:strengthen cooperation with Germany,develop new direction of cooperation,pay attention to cooperative education;define the park's goals and positioning,and integrate into the global innovation network;rationally planning the industrial layout,constructing the cross structure,forming the situation of one mind,two lines and four images;establishes a series of systems to ensure the operation and development of the park,mainly long-term evaluation system and specific management system.
