摘　　要：低、中水平放射性固体废物的处置是我国目前放射性废物管理中最急迫的问题。但是,目前低中放固体废物处置场的建设进展缓慢,与我国核电事业的快速发展不相适宜。本文从工程伦理角度,对放射性废物处置规划实施过程面临的问题进行了分析,对放射性废物处置如何能够更好地被公众接受进行了探讨,提出了建立利益协调机制、重视公众参与等方面的建议。The disposal of low and medium level radioactive solid wastes is the most urgent problem in the management of radioactive wastes in China.However,the construction progress of disposal site is slow,which is not suitable for the rapid development of nuclear power industry in China.From the perspective of engineering ethics,the problems faced in the implementation process of radioactive waste disposal planning is analysed,how the disposal of radioactive waste will be better accepted by the public is discussed,and some suggestions on establishing a coordination mechanism for interests and paying attention to public participation are put forward.
