摘　　要：西藏政务微信在联系群众、服务群众、凝聚群众方面发挥着重要的作用。本文运用构造周研究法,对西藏政务微信排行榜前三名"阳光西藏""西藏日报""西藏商报"的定位、特色、运行机制等方面进行研究。在此基础上,对西藏政务微信发展与政府执政能力关系进行了思考。The WeChat public account of Tibet government affairs plays as an important role in connecting,serving and uniting public.Employing the constructed week method,the paper studies the positioning,characteristics and operating mechanism of the top three on the list of public account of Tibet government affairs:"Sunshine Tibet","Tibet Daily",and"Tibet Commercial Daily".The paper also explores the relationship between the development of the WeChat public account of Tibet government affairs and the Tibet government’s ability to govern.
