知识获取、R&D资本对技术创新绩效的影响研究——兼议所有权性质和内部治理结构的调节效应

摘　　要：采用我国34家科技型企业2014—2018年面板数据,建立多元回归模型研究知识获取、R&D资本对企业技术创新绩效的影响,分析所有权性质和内部治理结构对两者关系的调节效应。分析结果表明,知识获取能力、R&D资本对提升企业技术创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,所有权性质在知识资源获取、R&D资本和技术创新绩效之间起到显著负向调节作用,内部治理结构在知识资源获取、R&D资本和技术创新绩效之间起到显著正向调节效应。企业应通过拓展外部知识获取渠道,提高国际科技合作能力,优化企业所有权控制和内部治理机制,提升技术创新绩效。This paper uses panel data from 2014 to 2018 of 34 technology-based enterprises in China to establish a multiple regression model to study the impact of knowledge acquisition and R&D capital on technological innovation performance of enterprises,and analyzes the moderating effects of ownership nature and internal governance structure on the relationship between the two.The analysis results show that:knowledge acquisition capability and capital have a significant positive impact on improving the performance of enterprise technological innovation.The nature of ownership plays a significant negative adjustment role between knowledge resource acquisition,capital and technological innovation performance.The internal governance structure takes significant positive adjustment effects between knowledge acquisition,capital and technological innovation performance.Enterprises should expand external knowledge acquisition channels,improve international scientific and technological cooperation capabilities,optimize enterprise ownership control and internal governance mechanisms to improve technological innovation performance.
