摘  要:随着制造环境复杂化,生产过程对任务调度的要求也日益提高。如何对多种类、可分批的生产任务加以调度是关键问题之一。生产中通常应用批量流调度方法,即将待加工工件按一定方法分为若干子批,并可进行针对每个子批单独的调度以提高生产效率。同时随着柔性生产线的应用,生产换模时间也越来越多地被作为考虑因素进行研究。本文以生产多种类、分批生产并考虑换模时间的流水生产线为研究对象,对其作业调度问题进行研究,建立了该问题的混合整数规划模型,并设计了遗传算法进行问题求解,数值实验证明了方法有效性。With the increasing complexity of manufacturing environment, the demand for production scheduling is also increasing.For manufacturing enterprises,how to schedule a variety of production tasks which can be divided into multiple sub lots has become a crucial issue.Lot streaming is often used in production,which means splitting the total lot size of jobs into several sub lots according to a certain method and each sub lot can be scheduled separately in order to improve production efficiency.At the same time,with the application of flexible production line,the setup times are more and more considered as a factor in research.In this paper,the production line which produced multiple types of jobs and setuptimes was taken as the research object and its scheduling problem was studied. A mixed integer programming model for scheduling problem was established and a genetic algorithm was designed to solve the problem,and finally the validity of the proposed methodis proved through numerical experiments.
