摘  要:通过处理1989~2018年台风路径数据,对登陆海南的台风源地、移动路径以及登陆台风的时空分布特征进行了统计分析,然后结合测控天线抗风力等级和测控任务要求,提出了海南地区卫星测控天线系统防御台风的具体措施。研究表明:(1)登陆海南的台风源地为菲律宾以东洋面和南海海域,登陆时间集中在6~10月,登陆地点集中在海南的东部和南部;(2)登陆海南的台风风力在8级以上的数量占89.13%,按照测控天线"8级风保精度,14级风不破坏"的抗风力等级要求,遇有台风正面登陆且监测风速大于17.2m/s时应申请退出航天测控网,对天线进行收藏和插锁;(3)针对台风降雨引起的卫星下行信号衰减问题,需要采取去衰减的应急操作,提高跟踪信号的AGC电压,确保测控天线满足自跟踪条件。Through processing the typhoon track data from 1989 to 2018,the generating ocean areas,moving path,temporal and spatial characteristics of landing typhoons in Hainan Province are analyzed in this paper.Considering the designing index of anti-wind and working requirements of TT&C antenna system,it provides some defensive methods of TT&C antenna system against typhoons.The results show that:(1)the generating ocean areas of landing typhoon in Hainan are eastern ocean of Philippines and the South China Sea,the landing time is concentrated from June to October,and landing locations are eastern and southern Hainan;(2)the number of landing typhoons in Hainan with wind force above level 8 accounts for 89.13%,and according to the designing index of anti-wind,when typhoon lands on the front and monitoring wind speed is greater than 17.2 m/s,the antenna system should quit TT&C network and the antenna should be stored and locked;(3)when satellite signal is weakened by typhoon rainfall,the emergency operation of removing attenuation should be taken to enhance the AGC voltage,and make sure the TT&C antenna system meets the conditions of self-tracking.
