摘  要:中国是世界粮食产量最大的国家之一,粮食的质量安全问题是关系国计民生的重大战略问题。针对粮食储存问题,设计了基于PID的智能完善的粮食烘干塔,实现粮食烘干过程自动智能调温及应急处理,能够根据粮仓中粮食的相关状态值自动进行升温、降温等操作。通过在环境温度0℃~40℃条件下的反复实验,对50组试料进行重复测量结果作为误差检测标准,结果误差在0.5%以内的数据占96.25%,结果表明,所设计的基于虚拟仪器的粮食烘干塔监控系统能够自动智能的实现粮食干燥。China is one of the countries with the largest grain output in the world,and China is one of the countries with the largest grain output in the world.Aiming at the grain storage problem,this paper designed an intelligent and perfect grain drying tower based on PID,realizing automatic intelligent temperature regulation and emergency treatment during grain drying process,which can automatically conduct heating and cooling operations according to the relevant state value of grain in the granary.Through repeated experiments at the ambient temperature of 0℃~40℃,the repeated measurement results of 50 groups of test materials were used as the error detection standard,and the data with the error within 0.5% took up 96.25%.The results showed that the monitoring system of grain drying tower based on virtual instrument designed in this paper could realize grain drying automatically and intelligently.
