摘 要:为了提高麻花钻头自动检测设备的检测效率,减少人工干预,采用LabVIEW软件和NI Vision等工具包开发了麻花钻头自动定位系统。系统实现了对麻花钻头角度位置的自动调整。首先利用工业相机获取麻花钻头图像,然后进行图像预处理、几何匹配、边缘检测、直线检测和角度测量,得到麻花钻头的角度位置信息,最后通过串口通信模块将角度信息发送给运动控制器,从而控制伺服转台旋转至理想位置。经实验分析,自动定位系统有较高的定位精度,能够满足生产实践的需要。In order to improve the detection efficiency of automatic detection equipment of twist bit and reduce the manual intervention.The automatic positioning system of twist drill was developed by using LabVIEW software and NI vision.The system realizes the automatic adjustment of twist bit angle position.Firstly,the image of twist drill is acquired by industrial camera,then the image preprocessing,geometric matching,edge detection,linear detection and angle measurement are carried out to obtain the angle position information of twist drill.Finally,the angle information is sent to the motion controller through the serial communication module to control the servo turntable to rotate to the ideal position.Through the experiment analysis,the automatic positioning system has high positioning accuracy,which can meet the needs of production practice.
