摘　　要：目的研究不同固定时间对乳腺浸润性癌非特殊型组织中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)免疫组化染色结果的影响,探讨由固定时间引起ER、PR阳性率差异的原因。方法收集2018年6月至2019年6月宝鸡市中心医院病理科乳腺浸润性癌非特殊型的手术标本62例,经不同固定时间处理后进行ER、PR免疫组化染色,统计分析不同固定时间对ER、PR表达结果的影响。结果固定时间为12、24、48 h组织标本的ER、PR阳性率显著高于固定时间为4 h、7 d、30 d的组织标本(P<0.05)。结论不同固定时间对乳腺浸润性癌非特殊型组织ER、PR的免疫组化染色结果有影响,固定时间控制在12、24、48 h,ER、PR的染色效果较好,这对临床治疗方式的选择意义重大。Objective To investigate the effect of different fixed time on immunohistochemical staining of estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)in non-specific tissuse of invasive breast cancer,and explore the cause of the difference of ER and PR positive rate caused by fixed time.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 62 specimens of non-specific invasive breast cancer were collected from the pathology department of Baoji central hospital,and ER and PR immunohistochemical staining were performed after treatment with different fixed times.The influence of different fixed time on the expression of ER and PR were statistically analyzed.Results The positive rates of ER and PR in the specimens with fixed time of 12,24 and 48 h were significantly higher than those with fixed time of 4 h,7 d and 30 d,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different fixed time has an influence on the immunohistochemical staining results of ER and PR in non-specific tissuse of invasive breast cancer.When the fixed time is controlled at 12,24 and 48 h,the staining effects of ER and PR are better,which is of great significance for the selection of clinical treatment.
