摘 要:本试验旨在评定玉米胚芽粕和玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)在樱桃谷肉鸭上的代谢能(ME),并基于常规营养成分含量建立其ME的预测方程。从全国各地采集6种玉米胚芽粕和7种玉米DDGS样品,分析测定其常规营养成分含量与总能,并采用真代谢能(TME)法评定其ME。试验选择140只成年樱桃谷肉公鸭[体重为(3.3±0.3)kg],按照体重无差异原则随机分为14组(n=10),其中1组作为内源组,试验组肉鸭强饲单一待测原料,强饲量为肉鸭体重的2%,禁食排空期为48 h,强饲后用集粪袋收集排泄物48 h。结果显示:玉米胚芽粕常规营养成分中粗蛋白质(CP)、粗灰分(Ash)和粗脂肪(EE)的含量变异较大,变异系数(CV)分别为14.0%、38.8%和29.4%;玉米DDGS常规营养成分中Ash、EE和粗纤维(CF)的含量变异较大,CV分别为22.0%、62.5%和25.6%。玉米胚芽粕的表观代谢能(AME)、氮校正表观代谢能(AMEn)、TME和氮校正真代谢能(TMEn)的平均值分别为7.87(CV为26.6%)、7.93(CV为24.3%)、9.36(CV为22.1%)和8.80 MJ/kg(CV为22.4%)。玉米DDGS的AME、AMEn、TME和TMEn的平均值分别为10.79(CV为11.4%)、10.87(CV为12.3%)、12.89(CV为9.7%)和12.03 MJ/kg(CV为11.3%)。玉米胚芽粕和玉米DDGS的TMEn最优预测方程分别为TMEn=-1.179 CF+21.410(R^2=0.7614,P=0.0233)和TMEn=0.191 EE-0.542 CF+15.270(R^2=0.9213,P=0.0221)。由此得出,不同来源的玉米胚芽粕和玉米DDGS常规营养成分含量均存在差异,本试验通过分析常规营养成分含量与TMEn的关系,建立了玉米胚芽粕和玉米DDGS的肉鸭TMEn预测方程,可为玉米加工副产物在肉鸭饲粮中的精准、高效利用提供技术支撑。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the metabolizable energy(ME)of corn germ meal(CGM)and corn distillers dried grains with solubles(DDGS)in Cherry Valley male meat ducks,and further to establish the prediction equations for their ME based on common nutritional component contents.The common nutritional component contents and gross energy(GE)of 6 kinds of CGM samples and 7 kinds of corn DDGS samples collected from different sources in China were determined,and their ME were evaluated by true metabolizable energy(TME)method.A total of 140 Cherry Valley male meat ducks[body weight:(3.3±0.3)kg]were randomly allotted into 14 groups(n=10),and one group was allocated as the endogenous losses group.Meat ducks in the 13 experimental groups were force-fed with a weight(2%body weight)of CGM or corn DDGS,and the endogenous losses group was kept in fasting with no force feeding.After 48 h of fasting,all excretion of each duck was collected for 48 h after force feeding.The results showed that the variations of crude protein(CP),ash(Ash)and ether extract(EE)contents of CGM were relatively large,and the coefficients of variation(CV)of them were 14.0%,38.8%and 29.4%,respectively;the variations of Ash,EE and crude fibre(CF)contents of corn DDGS were relatively large,and the CV of them were 22.0%,62.5%and 25.6%,respectively.The mean apparent metabolizable energy(AME),nitrogen-corrected AME(AMEn),TME and nitrogen-corrected TME(TMEn)of CGM were 7.87(CV:26.6%),7.93(CV:24.3%),9.36(CV:22.1%)and 8.80 MJ/kg(CV:22.4%)as well as of corn DDGS were 10.79(CV:11.4%),10.87(CV:12.3%),12.89(CV:9.7%)and 12.03 MJ/kg(CV:11.3%),respectively.The best TMEn prediction equation of CGM was TMEn=-1.179 CF+21.410(R^2=0.7614,P=0.0233),and of corn DDGS was TMEn=0.191 EE-0.542 CF+15.270(R^2=0.9213,P=0.0221).In conclusion,the differences of common nutritional component contents of corn germ meal and corn DDGS are relatively larger among different sources.The prediction equations of TMEn of corn germ meal and corn DDGS for meat ducks are established by ana
