经尿道气化电切术加灌注治疗表浅型膀胱肿瘤的临床效疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经尿道气化电切术加灌注治疗对于表浅型膀胱肿瘤患者的实际治疗效果。方法对本院于2015年1月至2017年1月收治的82例表浅型膀胱肿瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,82例患者均运用经尿道气化电切术加灌注治疗的方式方法,对82例患者临床治疗效果进行观察。结果没有患者发生继发性膀胱破裂症或者尿路感染,后期持续灌注治疗并没有对患者膀胱进行严重性刺激,没有患者出现血尿症状或发热症状,82例患者白细胞指标检查结果均为正常。对患者随访半年,共计3例患者复发,82例患者总复发率为3.65%。结论运用经尿道气化电切术加灌注治疗表浅型膀胱肿瘤效果显著,值得推广运用。Objective To observe the effect of transurethral electro vaporization and perfusion in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with superficial bladder tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. 82 patients were treated with transurethral electro vaporization and perfusion to observe the clinical effect of 82 patients. Results There was no secondary bladder rupture or urinary tract infection in the patients, no severe bladder stimulation, no hematuria or fever in the patients after continuous perfusion treatment, and the results of leukocyte index in 82 patients were normal. The patients were followed up for half a year, 3 cases recurred, the total recurrence rate of 82 cases was 3.65%. Conclusion Transurethral electro vaporization combined with perfusion is effective in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor, which is worth popularizing.
