脑醒通脉汤治疗脑中风后遗症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析中医脑醒通脉汤治疗脑中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2018年12月我院收治的脑中风后遗症患者68例。随机将其分成两组,对照组患者单纯采用西医常规治疗方式,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上加入中医脑醒通脉汤,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组;两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分均有显著改善,且治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分显著优于对照组。两组患者药物不良反应发生率无明显差异。结论中医脑醒通脉汤治疗脑中风后遗症的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状,同时无明显不良反应发生,安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of NaoxingTongmai Decoction in treating sequelae of cerebral apoplexy.Methods 68 patients with sequelae of stroke admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine only.The patients in the observation group were treated with Naoxing Tongmai Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the NIHSS score of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Naoxing Tongmai Decoction has definite clinical efficacy in treating sequelae of cerebral apoplexy.It can significantly improve clinical symptoms without obvious adverse reactions.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization and application.
