摘　　要：光学工程专业硕士研究生的快速扩招,在一定程度上缓解了市场上光学人才的紧缺状态,但在研究生培养方面面临着一些问题,包括师资和培养条件参差不齐、生源质量严重下降、培养目标不明确等。该文对这些问题进行具体分析,并给出了几项具体的解决措施,包括加强对学位点考核和评估、加强招生单位的培养质量和培养特色、明确研究生的培养方向。The rapid expansion of enrollment of graduate students in optical engineering has alleviated the shortage of optical talents in the market to a certain extent,but it also faces some problems in the cultivation and employment of graduate students,including uneven teachers and training conditions,a serious decline in student source quality,and poor training goals.This article specifically analyzes these existing problems and gives several specific countermeasures to solve these problems,including strengthening the assessment and evaluation of degree awarding units,strengthening the quality and the characteristics of training units,clarifying the training direction of graduate students.
