摘　　要：劳动不仅能够实现财富的积累,体现物质财物价值,还能满足人们的精神需求,体现精神文化价值,符合社会主义核心价值观。劳动价值观对社会发展有着重要作用,与行为模式存在引导与促进的关系。该文着重从高职院校学生角度论述劳动价值观的影响以及个体行为模式的作用。Labor can not only realize the accumulation of wealth and reflect the value of material property,but also meet people's spiritual needs,reflect spiritual and cultural values,which conforms to core socialist values.Labor values play an important role in social development,guide and promote behavior models.This paper focuses on the influence of labor values and the role of individual behavior model from the perspective of higher vocational college students.
