交联剂PSH的合成、表征及在丁基胶塞的应用

摘　　要：采用两步法制备了一种三嗪二硫醇类交联剂PSH,化学成分为6-二异丙胺基-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-二硫醇,可以用作医用丁基胶塞交联剂。采用FT-IR、DSC、HPLC、元素分析等方法对其技术指标及结构进行了分析表征。硫化特性试验结果表明:与交联剂D B相比,交联剂PSH具有更好的焦烧安全性和交联效果。A triazine dithiol crosslinking agent PSH,6-diisopropylamino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol,was prepared by two-step method,which can be used as a medical butyl rubber stopper crosslinking agent.Specifications and structure of the target product were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential thermal scanning,high-performance liquid chromatography and elemental analysis.The test results of vulcanization characteristics show that the crosslinking agent PSH has better scorch safety and crosslinking effect comparetl with the crosslinking agent DB,.
