摘 要:针对铁路钢桥正交异性板整体道砟槽组合桥面中,普通焊钉连接件与道砟板相互作用而检算难以满足规范要求,提出了一种在普通焊钉周围包裹橡胶的柔性焊钉连接件,并对其进行了推出试验。试验结果表明,这种柔性焊钉具有抗剪刚度较同规格普通焊钉小,而抗剪承载力与同规格普通焊钉接近的力学特性。通过利用其抗剪刚度的可控性与抗剪承载力的可靠储备,以改善焊钉连接件及混凝土道砟板的受力状态。For the orthotropic deck combined with integrated ballast trough of the steel railway bridge,the interaction between the general welding studs and integrated ballast board is difficult to meet special requirements,so the new flexible welding stud connector which rubber is wrapped around common nails is developed.The test is conducted and the results show that the shear stiffness of this flexible welding studs is smaller than the same normal ones,while the shear capacity of the ones is close to the same normal ones.So the forcing condition between the welding stud connectors and the concrete ballast board is improved by controlling the shear stiffness,utilizing the reliable reserve of the shear capacity and optimizing the welding studs arrangement.
