奥卡西平对贵州少数民族部分性癫痫发作儿童认知功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥卡西平对贵州少数民族部分性癫痫发作儿童认知功能的影响,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:选取2016-01~2018-12来我院就诊的部分性癫痫发作少数民族患儿80例,随机分为卡马西平治疗组和奥卡西平治疗组,每组40例,比较两组临床症状改善情况。并通过韦氏儿童智力量表(Webster's child intelligence scale,WCIS)评定患儿认知功能。结果:卡马西平组治疗总有效率为82.50%,奥卡西平组治疗总有效率为87.50%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组用药前后操作智商、全量表智商得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后,卡马西平组言语智商得分为(89.64±3.36)分,奥卡西平组言语智商得分为(99.83±3.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡马西平和奥卡西平治疗儿童部分性癫痫疗效相当,但奥卡西平对儿童认知功能无影响,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of oxcarbazepine on cognitive function in children with partial epilepsy in Guizhou,in order to provide the basis for rational drug use.Methods:Eighty ethnic minority chidren patients with partial epilepsy from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected,and were randomly divided into carbamazepine group and oxcarbazepine group,40 cases in each group.The improvement effect of clinical symptom were compared.Cognitive function was assessed by the Webster's children intelligence scale(WCIS).Results:The total effective rate was 82.50% in carbamazepine group,the total effective rate was 87.50% inoxcarbazepine group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of performance intalligence quotient(PIQ)and full intelligence quotient(FIQ)were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the scores of verbal intelligence quotient(VIQ)in the carbamazepine group were(89.64±3.36),the VIQ in the oxcarbazepine group was(99.83±3.17),the differences was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxcarbazepine and carbamazepine have good effect on patients with partial epilepsy,but oxcarbazepine has no influence on children's cognitive function,which has clinical application value.
