摘 要:师生交往一直是教育领域关注的重点,良好的师生交往有利于促进师生相互进步。哲学解释学视阈下师生交往的内在旨趣在于意义理解式的主动交往、视阈融合式的互动交往、对话交流式的平等交往。反观现实存在,师生交往却存在着生命意识淡薄导致师生交往目的功利化、工具主义主导致使师生交往地位对立化、教育对话空洞导致师生交往内容狭窄化等诸多失真现象。基于哲学解释学解读师生交往,认为理想师生交往的重构须重新审视过往交往目的,彰显师生生命价值;回归师生情感交往体验,变单向为双向理解;构建多元师生对话方式,变规训为心灵对话。Teacher-student communication has been the focus of education since ancient times,especially in the current educational environment. Good teacher-student communication should become the cornerstone of mutual progress between teachers and students. From the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics, the intrinsic purport of teacher-student communication lies in the active communication of meaning understanding, the interactive communication of vision fusion, and the equal communication of dialogue flow. In reality, however, there are many distortions in the teacher-student communication, such as the utilitarian purpose of teacher-student communication caused by the weak life consciousness, the antagonism of the status of teacher-student communication caused by the dominance of instrumentalism,and the narrow content of teacher-student communication caused by the empty educational dialogue.Based on the interpretation of philosophical hermeneutics on teacher-student communication, the reconstruction of ideal teacher-student communication should re-examine the purpose of communication in the past and highlight the value of life of teachers and students. Return to the experience of the emotional interaction between teachers and students, change from one-way to two-way understanding;Construct the pluralistic mode of teacher-student dialogue and change the training into the spiritual dialogue.
