摘  要:为评估邻氨基苯酚对水生生物的毒性效应,以羊角月牙藻、大型溞、稀有鮈鲫为试验生物,采用半静态试验方法,研究不同暴露条件下,邻氨基苯酚对3个营养级水平上代表性水生生物的毒性和半数效应浓度。试验结果表明,羊角月牙藻72 h的EC50为0.78 mg/L,属极高毒性级别;大型溞48 h的EC50为2.2 mg/L,属高毒级别;稀有鮈鲫96 h的LC50为1.16 mg/L,属高毒级别,稀有鮈鲫全部死亡的最低浓度为2.00 mg/L,全部存活的最高浓度为0.80 mg/L。按照化学品风险管理敏感性生物限制原则,邻氨基苯酚的水生生物毒性应为极高毒性。In order to evaluate the toxic effects of O-aminophenol on aquatic organisms,the Selenastrum capricornutum,Daphnia magna and Gobiocypris rarus were used as tested organism in this study.The Semi-static test was adopted to obtain the toxicity data of the three typical aquatic organisms in 3 grades nutritional food chain through exposure different conditions.The results show that the 72 h-EC50 value of O-aminophenol is 0.78 mg/L for Selenastrum capricornutum,which belongs to very toxic;and the 48 h-EC50 value of O-aminophenol is 0.78 mg/L for Daphnia magna,which belongs to high toxic;96 h-LC50 is 1.16 mg/L for Gobiocypris rarus, which belongs to high toxic too.The LOEC of O-aminophenol is 2.00 mg/L for Gobiocypris rarus,and the NOEC is 0.80 mg/L.O-aminophenol should be consider as very toxic substance for aquatic organisms according to the principle of priority protect sensitive species during risk management of chemical.
