摘  要:创新创业是实现新旧动能转换、培育经济新引擎的关键。为此,学校创建了专业化、精细化的工程服务中心。现以3D打印服务中心为例,探索创新资源共享平台的建设和服务模式。通过学生创新空间布置及软硬件合理配置、云平台建设等,提升支撑平台服务能力,提供专业化、精细化的生产服务。3D设计模型库积累共享、远程加工、自助服务、7×24 h开放等,共享各类要素和资源,形成线上线下服务结合、产学研协同、资源共享互通的服务机制,帮助学生快速实现创新产品,改善初创期的供应链,节省学生创新实践的时间和经济成本,释放创新活力。实际运行表明,服务成效显著,全方位地保障了各类实践课程的加工需求,有力地支撑了学生各类创新项目、科技竞赛、创业活动等。Innovation and entrepreneurship is the key to transform from old drivers to new ones and cultivate new engines of the economy.However,there are many restrictive factors in the implementation,e.g.,lack of practical experience and resource guarantees,especially for the young students in school.In order to solve this problem,Shanghai Jiaotong University has established professional and refined engineering service center.This paper takes 3D printing service center as an example to explore the construction and service mode of innovative resource-sharing platform.Through students’ innovative space layout,reasonable allocation of software and hardware,and cloud platform construction,the service ability of the supporting platform is improved.By providing specialized and refined productive services,which include 3D design model accumulation and sharing,networked manufacturing,self-service,open 7* 24 hours,and so on,various resources are shared and a service mechanism combining online and offline services,industry-universityresearch collaboration and resource sharing are formed.It will help students quick products realization,improve the supply chain in the initial stage,reduce the time and economic cost of students’ innovation practice,and release the innovation vitality.Through practical operation,the service has achieved remarkable results.On the one hand,it has guaranteed the processing needs of various practical courses in an all-round way.On the other hand,it has effectively supported various innovative projects,technological competitions and entrepreneurial activities of students.
