摘 要:目的探讨血瘀质肺癌患者及其临床特征与CHRNB4 rs7178270基因多态性的关联性。方法入组100例正常人及100例血瘀质非小细胞肺癌患者,记录肺癌患者的临床特征。抽取所有样本的外周血,检测CHRNB4 rs7178270基因多态性,明确血瘀质与肺癌的关系;并根据性别,吸烟情况、鳞癌和腺癌类别及临床分期情况进行亚组分析。结果CC纯合基因型在正常人和血瘀质肺癌患者中的分布具有显著差异,CC基因型能够显著增加肺癌的发病(OR=2.00,95%CI:1.09-3.66);亚组分析发现,CC纯合基因型在男性中明显高于女性患者,其值分别为47.6%及27.0%(P=0.042);在吸烟患者人群中,CC纯合基因型明显高于不吸烟患者人群(50%及30.8%,P=0.049);而在鳞癌和腺癌类别中以及临床分期之间,两者无明显差异。结论CHRNB4 rs7178270位点的CC纯合基因型能够显著增加血瘀质人的肺癌易感性,且在男性、吸烟的人群中表现更加明显。Objective To investigate the correlation between the CHRNB4 rs7178270 gene polymorphism and blood stasis patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 blood stasis people and 100 blood stasis patients with non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled.Peripheral blood was extracted from patients and healthy people,and the polymorphism of CHRNB4 rs7178270 was detected,so as to clarify the relationship between blood stasis and lung cancer.Subgroup analysis was performed according to gender,smoking status and clinical staging.Results The distribution of homozygous CC genotype in blood stasis people and blood stasis patients with lung cancer was significantly different,and CC genotype could significantly increase the risk of lung cancer in blood stasis people(OR=2.00,95%CI:1.09-3.66).Subgroup analysis found that CC homozygous genotypes were significantly higher in male patients than those in female patients,with the values of 27.0%and 47.6%respectively(P=0.042).Among smokers,CC homozygous genotypes were significantly higher than those of non-smokers(50%and 30.8%,P=0.049).There was no significant difference between clinical stages.Conclusion The CHRNB4 rs7178270 CC genotype significantly increases lung cancer susceptibility,especially in male and smoking patients in blood stasis people.
