摘　　要：近年来,随着中医体质学的建立,中医体质研究有了较大进展,中医小儿体质学是中医体质学的重要组成部分,由于小儿独特的生理病理特点,使得小儿体质与成人体质存在一定差异。小儿体质的深入研究对指导临床疾病的预防和诊治具有重大意义,近年来诸多医家都对小儿体质研究各有心得。通过查阅近年中医小儿体质的相关文献,总结归纳各医家的研究经验,从小儿体质特点、分类及其与疾病的相关性等方面对中医小儿体质的研究现况加以综述。In recent years,with the establishment of TCM constitutions,the research on TCM constitutions has made great progress.The children’s TCM constitutionsis an important part of TCM constitutions.Due to the unique physiological and pathological characteristics of children,there is a certain difference between children’s constitutions and adults’constitutions.The in-depth study of pediatric physique is of great significance in guiding the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.In recent years,many doctors have accumulated their own experiences on pediatric physique research.This article summarized the research experience of each doctor by reviewing the literature on children’s constitutions of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,and summarized the research status of children’s constitutions of traditional Chinese medicine from physical characteristics,classification and correlation with disease.
