摘  要:采用Dynaform有限元分析软件,对一典型的汽车结构件消声器连结法兰盘的内孔翻边过程进行数值模拟研究,分析了不同预制孔径对内孔翻边成形的影响规律,确定了此零件的最佳预制孔径大小,并将其在生产实践中进行试制。结果表明,当预制孔径增大时,孔口和圆角处的减薄率、壁厚随之增大,但是零件的翻边高度减小;模拟计算得到的零件翻边高度与传统理论公式计算得到的翻边高度不一致,进一步证明了传统理论公式存在一定的缺陷。将模拟得到的结果在现有的设备上进行实际生产验证,当消声器连结法兰盘的预制孔径为Φ20 mm时,冲制的零件符合要求,尺寸参数达到设计要求。The inner-hole flanging process of a typical automobile structural muffler connection flange was simulated numerically by finite element analysis software Dynaform,and the influence laws of different prefabricated hole diameters on inner-hole flanging were analyzed.Then,the optimum diameter size of prefabricated hole for this part was determined,and it was trial produced in production practice.The results show that when the prefabricated hole diameter increases,the thinning rate and the wall thickness at the orifice and rounded corner increase,but the flanging height of parts decreases.However,the flanging height of parts calculated by simulation is not consistent with the flanging height calculated by the traditional theoretical formula to prove the existence of certain defects in the traditional theoretical formula further.Furthermore,the simulation results were verified in actual production at the existing equipment.When the prefabricated hole diameter of muffler connection flange isΦ20 mm,the punching parts meet the requirements,and the size parameters meet the design requirements.
