摘 要:肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是一种复杂性疾病,大部分确诊时为晚期,因此早期诊断、治疗尤为重要。近年来研究发现,部分长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在HCC中具有差异性表达,可作为诊断及评估预后的潜在的生物标志物。研究者陆续发现单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)可影响lncRNA的表达,与HCC的发生发展密切相关。lncRNA及其SNPs在HCC诊断、治疗和预后方面发挥的重要作用,可为未来进一步研究及应用提供帮助。Hepatocellular Carcinoma(HCC)is a complex disease,most of which are advanced when diagnosed,so early diagnosis and treatment are particularly important.In recent years,several long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)have been found differential expression in HCC.lncRNA can be used as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of HCC.Researchers have found that single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)can affect the expression of lncRNA,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC.Recent advance in the application of lncRNA in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of HCC to provide reference for further research and application were summarized in this review.
