计算机自适应测验在美国护士执照考试中的应用

摘　　要：以美国护士执照考试为例,介绍计算机自适应测验在大型考试中的应用情况,包括题库参数、选题策略、能力估计、合格标准、终止规则、成绩报告等,以期对我国的考试工作有所启发。Because of the advantages of tailored items,more accurate estimation of candidates'ability through fewer items,and easy to implement,Computerized Adaptive Test(CAT)has become the mainstream mode of foreign large-scale examinations.National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses(NCLEX-RN)has been using CAT for 25 years,forming a mature and stable CAT program.This paper systematically introduces the application of CAT in NCLEX-RN,including item bank parameters,item selection strategy,ability estimation,standard setting,termination rule,performance reports,etc.,looking forward to inspire the examination work in China.
