湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶对浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板封边的防潮性能研究

摘　　要：以湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯热熔胶对浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板封边,在不同时间条件下进行养生,通过浸水测试其防潮性能.结果表明,湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶封边样板的防潮性能较乙烯-醋酸乙烯热熔胶封边有较大提升,而不同湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶配方对防潮性能有一定的影响.Moisture-cured polyurethane hot-melt adhesive and ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive were used to seal the edge of the particleboard decorated with paper impregnated thermosetting resins,and maintained at different time conditions,and tested for moisture resistance by immersion in water.The test results indicated that the moisture proof performance of the moisture-cured polyurethane hot-melt adhesive edge-sealing template was greatly improved compared to that of ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive,and the moisture-proof properties of polyurethane hot-melt adhesives with different moisture curing formulations were affected to some extent.
