睑缘成形联合RS管置入治疗泪小点良性肿物的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨睑缘成形联合RS型泪道引流管置入治疗泪小点良性肿物的临床疗效。方法选择自2016年8月至2019年6月就诊的42例泪小点良性肿物的患者,于显微镜下行睑缘成形联合RS型泪道引流管置入术,术后3个月拔管。结果 42例患者术后随访6~12个月,肿物无复发,眼睑外观改善,弧度自然,无睑缘畸形、睑内翻和睑外翻,泪小点形态及位置正常,泪道冲洗通畅,无溢泪症状。结论睑缘成形联合RS型泪道引流管置入治疗泪小点良性肿物,其手术微创,安全性高,疗效确切,并可获得较满意的美容效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of palpebral margin plasty combined with RS-type lacrimal drainage tube placement in the treatment of benign lacrimal punctum neoplasm.Methods Between August 2016 and June 2019,42 patients diagnosed with benign lacrimal punctum neoplasm underwent palpebral margin plasty combined with RS-type lacrimal drainage tube placement under microscope.The RS-type lacrimal drainage tube was placed for 3 months.Results Forty-two patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months.There was no recurrence of neoplasm.The appearance of eyelid was improved and the radian was natural.There was no palpebral margin deformity,entropion and ectropion occurred.The morphology and position of the lacrimal punctum was normal.The lacrimal passage was unobstructed.No symptom of epiphora was occurred.Conclusion The palpebral margin plasty combined with RS-type lacrimal drainage tube placement for the treatment of benign lacrimal punctum neoplasm was minimally invasive,safe and effective.The satisfactory cosmetic efficacy could be obtained.It should be considered for clinical popularization and application.
