摘 要:本试验旨在探究饲料中添加茶多酚对马口鱼生长性能和免疫功能的影响。选取体重为(7.5±0.3)g的健康马口鱼,驯养2周后,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,共计360尾。6组马口鱼分别饲喂基础饲料中添加0(对照组)、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 g/kg茶多酚粉末的试验饲料,连续投喂8周后对马口鱼的生长性能、体成分和血清免疫指标进行测定。饲养结束后,对各组马口鱼进行攻毒试验,对疾病感染情况下马口鱼的存活率进行测定。结果显示:与对照组相比,0.2~0.6 g/kg的茶多酚可显著提高马口鱼的增重率(P<0.05),0.2~0.8 g/kg的茶多酚显著提高其肥满度(P<0.05),0.2~0.8 g/kg的茶多酚可显著降低体组织中脂肪含量;0.2~0.8 g/kg的茶多酚能显著提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和溶菌酶(LYZ)的活性,显著降低丙二醇(MDA)的含量,0.2~0.4 g/kg的茶多酚可显著降低病原菌的侵袭。研究结果表明,饲料中添加茶多酚能改善马口鱼生长性能,促进天然免疫反应和抗病力,饲料中茶多酚的添加量以0.2~0.4 g/kg为宜。This experiment was to explore the effect of tea polyphenol on the growth performance and immune function of opsariichthys bidens. After 2 weeks of domestication, 360 healthy mullets with a body weight of(7.5±0.3) g were randomly divided into 6 groups, with 3 replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate. The six groups were fed with 0(the control group), 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 g/kg tea polyphenol powder in the basic diet, respectively. After 8 weeks of continuous feeding, the growth performance, body composition and serum immune index of the six groups were measured. At the end of the feeding, the toxicity test was carried out for each group, and their survival rate was measured under the condition of disease infection. The results showed that, compared with the control group, 0.2~0.6 g/kg of tea polyphenol significantly raised the weight gain rate(P<0.05), 0.2~0.8 g/kg of tea polyphenol significantly increased the fat content(P<0.05), 0.2~0.8 g/kg of tea polyphenol significantly reduced the fat content in the body tissue;0.2~0.8 g/kg of tea polyphenol significantly increase the superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and soluble catalase(CAT) in the serum. The activity of Lyz significantly reduced the content of MDA, and 0.2~0.4 g/kg of tea polyphenol significantly reduced the invasion of pathogenic bacteria. To sum up, supplementing tea polyphenol to the feed could improve the growth performance, promote the natural immune response and disease resistance of opsariichthys bidens, and the appropriate amount of the supplemented tea polyphenol was 0.2~0.4 g/kg.
