血清CA15-3与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征的相关性及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床病理特征的相关性及意义。方法选择82例NSCLC患者,检测血清CA15-3、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)水平,分析CA15-3与NSCLC患者临床病理特征的相关性,以及和CEA、CYFRA21-1的相关性。同时选择同期64例良性肺肿瘤和58例健康者作为对照。结果NSCLC组血清CA15-3、CEA、CYFRA21-1水平均明显高于良性肺肿瘤组与健康对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清CA15-3与年龄、临床分期和远处转移有关(P<0.05),与性别、肿瘤直径、分化程度、病理类型淋巴结转移无明显关系(P>0.05)。血清CA15-3水平与CYFRA21-1呈正相关(γ=0.448,P<0.01),与CEA无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论血清CA15-3在NSCLC患者中呈高水平表达,且对NSCLC临床分期和淋巴结转移具有一定的预测价值。Objective To investigate the correlation and significance between serum carbohydrate antigen 15-3(CA15-3)and the clinicopathological characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 82 NSCLC patients were selected.Serum levels of CA15-3,CEA and CYFRA21-1 were detected.The correlation between CA15-3 and the clinicopathological characteristics of NSCLC patients was analyzed,and the correlation with CEA and CYFRA21-1.At the same time,64 benign lung tumors and 58 healthy patients were selected as the control group.Results The serum levels of CA15-3,CEA and CYFRA21-1 in the NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in the benign lung tumor group and the healthy control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum CA15-3 was correlated with age,clinical staging and distant metastasis(P<0.05),but not significantly correlated with gender,tumor diameter,differentiation degree and pathological type of lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Serum CA15-3 level was positively correlated with CYFRA21-1(γ=0.448,P<0.01),but not significantly correlated with CEA(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum CA15-3 was highly expressed in NSCLC patients,and had certain predictive value for NSCLC clinical staging and lymph node metastasis.
