七氟烷麻醉对乳腺癌患者全血凝血功能的影响及血CD4+CD8+比值、Th1Th2比值、NK细胞及Treg细胞比例研究

摘　　要：目的研究七氟烷麻醉对乳腺癌患者全血凝血功能的影响及血CD4+CD8+比值、Th1Th2比值、NK细胞及Treg细胞比例。方法随机选取乳腺癌患者120例分为2组:七氟烷麻醉组(60例),异氟烷麻醉组(60例),统计分析两组患者的麻醉时间、手术时间、全血凝血功能、血CD4+CD8+比值、Th1Th2比值、NK细胞及Treg细胞比例。结果七氟烷麻醉组患者完成手术后的PT、APTT均显著长于麻醉诱导前(P<0.05),FIB水平显著低于麻醉诱导前(P<0.05);异氟烷麻醉组患者完成手术后的TT、PT、APTT均显著长于麻醉诱导前(P<0.05),FIB水平显著低于麻醉诱导前(P<0.05);完成手术后七氟烷麻醉组患者的TT显著短于异氟烷麻醉组(P<0.05)。两组患者完成手术后的血CD4+CD8+比值、Th1Th2比值、NK细胞比例均显著低于麻醉诱导前(P<0.05),Treg细胞比例均显著高于麻醉诱导前(P<0.05);完成手术后七氟烷麻醉组患者的血CD4+CD8+比值、Th1Th2比值、NK细胞比例均显著高于异氟烷麻醉组(P<0.05),Treg细胞比例显著低于异氟烷麻醉组(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷麻醉较异氟烷麻醉对乳腺癌患者全血凝血功能的影响小,更能有效提升患者的血CD4+CD8+比值、Th1Th2比值、NK细胞比例,降低患者的Treg细胞比例。Objective To study the effect of sevoflurane anesthesia on whole blood coagulation function in patients with breast cancer,and blood CD4+CD8+ratio,Th1Th2 ratio,NK cell ratio and Treg cell ratio.Methods 120 patients with breast cancer were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups,Sevoflurane anesthesia group(60 cases)and isoflurane anesthesia group(60 cases),The anesthesia time,operation time,whole blood coagulation function,blood CD4+CD8+ratio,Th1Th2 ratio,NK cell ratio and Treg cell ratio of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed.Results PT and APTT of patients in the sevoflurane anesthesia group after surgery were significantly longer than those before anesthesia induction(P<0.05),FIB level of which was significantly lower than that before anesthesia induction(P<0.05);TT,PT and APTT of patients in the isoflurane anesthesia group after surgery were significantly longer than those before anesthesia induction(P<0.05),FIB level of which was significantly lower than that before anesthesia induction(P<0.05);After surgery,TT in the sevoflurane anesthesia group was significantly shorter than that in the isoflurane anesthesia group(P<0.05).The blood CD4+CD8+ratio,Th1Th2 ratio and NK cell ratio of the two groups after surgery were significantly lower than those before anesthesia induction(P<0.05),The proportion of Treg cells after operation in both groups was significantly higher than that before anesthesia induction(P<0.05).The blood CD4+CD8+ratio,Th1Th2 ratio and NK cell ratio of patients in the sevoflurane anesthesia group after surgery were significantly higher than those of the isoflurane anesthesia group(P<0.05).The proportion of Treg cells in which after surgery was significantly lower than that in isoflurane anesthesia group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane anesthesia has less effect on whole blood coagulation function in breast cancer patients than isoflurane anesthesia,which can effectively improve the blood CD4+CD8+ratio,Th1Th2 ratio and NK cell ratio of patients,and reduce the proportion of Treg cells in p
