子宫内膜癌旁组织、癌组织及正常组织肿瘤标志物检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织之间各类肿瘤标志物差异,并就肿瘤标志物在子宫内膜癌患者病情分析及预后判断中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选择49例子宫内膜癌患者,采集其子宫内膜癌组织和癌旁组织,并选择子宫内膜正常的50例患者组织为对照组,采集子宫内膜组织,检测分析三组组织中HE4、MMP-9、CA125水平,对研究组实施积极治疗,对比其干预前后癌组织及癌旁组织上述指标水平,随访2年,对比死亡组与存活组癌组织及癌旁组织HE4、MMP-9及CA125水平。结果对比发现,HE4、MMP-9及CA125水平:癌组织>癌旁组织>正常组织(P<0.05);干预后子宫内膜癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织中HE4、MMP-9及CA125水平均出现显著下降,对比治疗前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时癌组织中上述肿瘤标志物水平仍高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);死亡组个体癌组织及癌旁组织HE4、MMP-9及CA125水平均显著高于存活组个体(P<0.05)。结论HE4、MMP-9及CA125等肿瘤标志物可以作为子宫内膜癌诊断的客观指标,有助于对疾病进展及预后的评估。Objective To explore the differences of various tumor markers among cancer tissues,adjacent tissues and normal tissues in patients with endometrial cancer,and to explore the application effect of tumor markers in condition analysis and prognosis judgement of patients with endometrial cancer.Methods Select 49 patients with endometrial cancer,collect their endometrial cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and select 50 patients with normal endometrium as the control group,collect endometrial tissue,detect and analyze tissues of the 3 groups.The levels of HE4,MMP-9,and CA125 in the study group were actively treated,and the levels of the above-mentioned indicators of cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared before and after intervention.The follow-up period was 2 years.The death and survival groups were compared with HE4 and MMP-9 and CA125 levels.Results The levels of HE4,MMP-9 and CA125 were cancer tissue>para-cancer tissue>normal tissue(P<0.05).The levels of HE4,MMP-9 and CA125 in cancer tissue and para-cancer tissue of endometrial cancer patients decreased significantly after intervention,and there was significant difference before treatment(P<0.05),and the above-mentioned tumor markers in cancer tissues were still higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-9 and CA125 were significantly higher than those of the surviving group(P<0.05).Conclusion HE4,MMP-9 and CA125 were significantly higher in the death group than those of the survival group(P<0.05).Tumor markers can be used as objective indicators for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer,and help to evaluate the progress and prognosis of the disease.
