血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218联合对早期食管鳞状细胞癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218联合对早期食管鳞状细胞癌的诊断价值。方法纳入80例早期食管鳞状细胞癌患者为研究组、健康体检者80例为对照组。检测2组血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218的相对表达量。用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)的AUC分析血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218检测对早期食管鳞状细胞癌的诊断意义。结果早期食管鳞状细胞癌患者血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9的相对水平高于健康体检者(P<0.05),miRNA-218的相对表达量低于健康体检者(P<0.05)。血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218单项检测诊断早期食管鳞状细胞癌患者和健康体检者的灵敏度分别为87%、91%、92%,特异度分别为97%、90%、92%。血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218联合检测对早期食管鳞状细胞癌的灵敏度为90.00%,特异度为92.50%,准确度为91.25%。结论血清中miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218的相对表达量检测可作为早期食管鳞状细胞癌的潜在标志。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum miRNA-19a,miRNA-9 and miRNA-218 in the diagnosis of early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 80 patients with early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were enrolled in the study group and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The relative expression levels of miRNA-19a,miRNA-9 and miRNA-218 in the serum of the 2 groups were detected.The AUC of the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to analyze the diagnostic significance of miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,and miRNA-218 in early detection of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Results The relative levels of miRNA-19a and miRNA-9 in serum of patients with early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those of healthy subjects(P<0.05).The relative expression of miRNA-218 was lower than that of healthy subjects(P<0.05).The sensitivity of miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,and miRNA-218 in serum for the diagnosis of patients with early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and healthy subjects was 87%,91%,and 92%,and the specificities were97%,90%,and 92%,respectively.The sensitivity of serum miRNA-19a,miRNA-9,miRNA-218 to the combined diagnosis of early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 90.00%,the specificity was 92.50%,and the accuracy was 91.25%.Conclusion The relative expression of miRNA-19a,miRNA-9 and miRNA-218 in serum can be used as a potential marker for early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
