舍曲林联合疏导疗法对抑郁症合并糖耐量异常患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨舍曲林联合疏导疗法治疗抑郁症合并糖耐量异常患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月~2018年7月我院收治的抑郁症合并糖耐量异常患者104例作为本次研究的主体对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组采用单一舍曲林治疗,而观察组在对照组基础上,联合运用疏导疗法治疗。观察比较两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)(17项)、SF-36评分,临床疗效及糖耐量情况。结果(1)干预前,两组患者的血糖水平、HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后血糖水平及HAMD评分均明显降低,且观察组患者血糖水平及HAMD评分较对照组降低明显(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后临床疗效及SF-36评分均明显改善(P<0.05);(4)两组患者不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舍曲林联合疏导疗法治疗抑郁症合并糖耐量异常患者效果显著,可以提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of sertraline combined with dredge therapy on depression patients with abnormal glucose tolerance.Methods A total of 104 depression patients with abnormal glucose tolerance in our hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were collected and randomly divided into two groups:observation group(52 cases)received sertraline combined with dredge therapy;control group(52 patients)treated with a single sertraline.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,SF-36 score,clinical efficacy and glucose tolerance between the two groups were compared.Results(1)Before intervention,there was no difference in HAMA score and blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Compared with before intervention,the HAMA score and blood glucose level in the two groups were lower after intervention(P<0.05),and the score and glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)(.3)Compared with the control group,clinical efficacy and SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05)(.4)There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sertraline combined with dredge therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of depression patients with abnormal glucose tolerance,which can improve the life of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
