丁苯酞注射液对缺血性脑卒中认知障碍患者认知功能及事件相关电位的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丁苯酞注射液对缺血性脑卒中认知障碍者认知功能及事件相关电位的影响。方法将2017年6月~2019年3月本院收治的120例缺血性脑卒中伴认知障碍者作为研究对象,随机分为接受常规治疗的60例为对照组,接受丁苯酞注射液与常规治疗的60例为试验组。比较两组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)、神经功能缺损评分量表(Neurological deficit score,NDS)、事件相关电位(Event related potential,ERP)、并发症。结果对照组治疗后的MoCA评分显著低于试验组,NDS评分显著高于试验组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后的P1、N1、P2潜伏期比较无明显差异(P>0.05);对照组治疗后的N2、P3潜伏期显著高于试验组(P<0.01)。对照组治疗后的P1、N1、P2、N2、P3波幅显著低于试验组(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率与试验组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液可显著改善缺血性脑卒中认知障碍者的认知功能,降低其神经功能缺损程度。Objective To study the effects of Butylphthalide injection on cognitive function and related potentials in ischemic stroke patients with cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 120 ischemic stroke patients with cognitive impairment were selected from our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 and randomly divided into control group(60 cases with conventional treatment)and study group(60 cases with Butylphthalide injection and conventional treatment).The Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),neurological deficit score(NDS),event related potential(ERP),and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MoCA score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the test group,and the NDS score was significantly higher than that of the study group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in P1,N1,and P2 latency between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The latency of N2 and P3 in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group after treatment(P<0.01).The P1,N1,P2,N2,and P3 amplitudes of the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).There was no different in complication rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide injection can significantly improve the cognitive function and reduce the degree of neurological deficits in ischemic stroke patients with cognitive impairment.
