心身并治对更年期抑郁女性患者情绪和相关激素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察心身并治对更年期抑郁女性情绪和相关在激素的影响。方法选取2018年5月~2019年5月期间本院收治的120例更年期抑郁女性患者作为研究对象。随机分组,比较中西联合治疗组(盐酸舍曲林+加味二仙汤,n=60)和心身并治组(心身并治,n=60)的疗效。结果心身并治组的临床疗效及生活质量明显优于中西联合治疗组(P<0.05)。相比治疗前,治疗后两组的SDS评分和卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平有显著下降(P<0.05),但雌二醇(E2)水平无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗后心身并治组的促黄体生成素(LH)水平有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论对更年期抑郁女性患者采用心身并治可有效缓解患者抑郁情绪,降低FSH和LH水平,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of psychosomatic therapy on mood and related hormones in menopausal depressed women.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,120 female patients with climacteric depression admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object.Randomly divided into groups,and compared the curative effect between the Chinese and Western combination treatment group(sertraline hydrochloride+Jiawei Erxian decoction,n=60)and the psychosomatic combined treatment group(psychosomatic combined treatment,n=60).Results The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the combined psychosomatic group were significantly better than the combined Chinese and Western treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the SDS score and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)level of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),but the level of estradiol(E2)did not change significantly(P>0.05).The level of luteinizing hormone(LH)in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Psycho-physical treatment for female patients with climacteric depression can effectively alleviate their depression,reduce FSH and LH levels,and improve the quality of life.
