摘　　要：目的调查影响重症加强护理病房(ICU)患者睡眠障碍的相关因素。方法选择2018年2月~2019年2月我院320例ICU患者为研究对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)调查进行睡眠质量调查,并划分为睡眠障碍组与非睡眠障碍组,调查两组患者疼痛程度、焦虑(SAS)评分、疾病种类等临床特征,采用单因素分析与多因素Logistic回归分析调查ICU患者睡眠障碍的相关因素。结果320例ICU患者中122例存在睡眠障碍;睡眠障碍组与非睡眠障碍组在疼痛程度、SAS评分、合并急性应激障碍(ASD)、夜间治疗、机械通气、年龄存在差异(P<0.05),两组性别、疾病种类无明显差异(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,严重疼痛、SAS评分>50分、合并ASD、夜间治疗是ICU患者睡眠障碍的影响因素。结论ICU患者睡眠质量较差,易出现睡眠障碍,睡眠受到疼痛程度、焦虑情绪、合并ASD、夜间治疗等因素的影响。Objective To investigate the influence factors of sleep disorders in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 320 ICU patients in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the sleep disordered and the non-sleep disordered groups.Sleep quality were surveyed using pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and the clinical characteristics of pain and SAS scores and types of diseases in the two groups of patients were investigated.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the related factors of sleep disorders in ICU patients.Results Among the 320 ICU patients,122 had sleep disturbances;There were significant difference in degree of pain,SAS score,combined with acute stress disorder(ASD),night treatment,mechanical ventilation,and age between two group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in gender and disease type between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that severe pain,SAS score>50,combined with ASD,and night treatment were related factors to sleep disorders in ICU patients.Conclusion ICU patients have poor sleep quality and are prone to sleep disturbances,which are affected by pain,anxiety,combined ASD,and night treatment.
