摘 要:试验旨在比较ICP-OES法和FAAS法测定保健品中钙含量。采用超级微波消解电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定液体水基、固体粉及颗粒基、固体片剂和软胶囊4种不同基质的保健品中钙含量。结果表明2种方法的钙含量测定结果无显著性差异。用FAAS法测定保健品中钙需要加入掩蔽剂,线性范围较窄,稀释倍数高。ICP-OES法线性范围宽,在0.5~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,RSD小于5%,方法回收率达85%~108%,抗干扰能力强,满足分析要求。方法经不同钙含量水平的国家标准物质GBW 10024(扇贝)、GBW 10227(奶粉)、GBW 10020(柑橘叶)验证,测定值与参考值一致,方法有效可靠。It was to compare the content of calcium in health care products by ICP-OES and FAAS.Calcium content in 4 kinds of different matrix health care products was detected by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)after ultra-microwave digestion.The results showed that no statistically signification difference was shown between the two methods’results.FAAS method needs to join masking agent,its linear is relatively narrower,and it needed longer time to complete the more steps.ICP-OES method needs shorter time to complete with wider linear range,stronger anti-interference ability.Its calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0.5-100 mg/L with correlation above 0.999,the recovery rate was 85%-108%,and the relative standard deviation was below 5%.Calcium content in national standard substance such as GBW 10024(scallop),GBW 10227(milk powder)and GBW 10020(citrus leaf)was verified.ICP-OES could meet the requirements for detecting calcium of different level in health care products and suitable for laboratory daily work.
