丹参川芎嗪注射液在脑血栓临床治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液在脑血栓临床治疗中的作用。方法纳入我院88例2017年5月至2018年1月脑血栓患者。随机数字表分组,常规药物治疗组采取常规药物治疗,常规药物加上丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗组则采取常规药物加上丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。比较常规药物治疗组、常规药物加上丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗组效果;平衡失调改善时间、眩晕改善时间、感觉恢复时间、日常生活能力评分;治疗前后患者血流动力学指标以及神经功能指标;不良反应。结果常规药物加上丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗组效果、平衡失调改善时间、眩晕改善时间、感觉恢复时间、日常生活能力评分、血流动力学指标以及神经功能指标相比较常规药物治疗组更好,P<0.05。常规药物加上丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗组不良反应和常规药物治疗组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论常规药物加上丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓的效果理想。Objective To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection in the clinical treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods 88 patients with cerebral thrombosis from July,2017 to August,2011 were enrolled in our hospital.The random number table was divided into two groups.The conventional drug treatment group received conventional drug therapy,and the conventional drug treatment group received conventional drug therapy plus salvia ligustrazine injection.To compare the effect of conventional drug therapy group,conventional drug plus salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection treatment group;Balance disorders improvement time,vertigo improvement time,sensory recovery time,daily life ability score;Before and after treatment,hemodynamic indexes and neurological function indexes of the patients;The adverse event.Results Compared with the conventional drug treatment group,the conventional drug treatment group had better efficacy,improvement time of balance disorder,improvement time of vertigo,sensory recovery time,daily life ability score,hemodynamic index and neurological function index,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in side effects between the conventional drug treatment group and the conventional drug treatment group(P>0.05).Conclu sion Conventional medicine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine inj ection is effective in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.
