氯氮平与氯丙嗪、利培酮三者治疗对精神分裂症患者肾功能的影响比照观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氯氮平与氯丙嗪、利培酮三者治疗对精神分裂症患者肾功能的影响比照。方法纳入我院90例2017年3月至2018年1月精神分裂症患者。随机数字表分组,药物氯氮平治疗组采取氯氮平治疗,药物氯丙嗪治疗组氯丙嗪治疗,药物利培酮治疗组则采取利培酮治疗。比较效果;症状改善的时间;治疗前后患者PANSS评分、肾功能指标相关情况;肾功能损害发生率。结果药物氯氮平治疗组、药物利培酮治疗组效果高于药物氯丙嗪治疗组,P<0.05。药物氯氮平治疗组、药物利培酮治疗组症状改善的时间比药物氯丙嗪治疗组快,P<0.05。药物氯氮平治疗组、药物利培酮治疗组PANSS评分改善幅度大于药物氯丙嗪治疗组,P<0.05。三组治疗后肾功能指标均有所变化,且三组的肾功能指标相关情况相似,P>0.05。三组肾功能损害发生率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论氯氮平与氯丙嗪、利培酮三者治疗对精神分裂症患者肾功能均有一定影响,均可带来肾功能损害,在治疗过程需要加强监测肾功能,确保治疗的安全性。Objective To compare the effects of clozapine,chlorpromazine and risperidone on renal function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia were included in our hospital.Random number table grouping,drug clozapine treatment group was treated with clozapine,drug clozapine treatment group was treated with clozapine,drug risperidone treatment group was treated with risperidone.Comparative effect;Time for symptom improvement;Before and after treatment,patients’PANSS scores and renal function indexes were correlated.Incidence of renal impairment.Results The therapeutic effect of clozapine and risperidone was higher than that of chlorpromazine,P<0.05.Symptoms improved faster in the clozapine group and risperidone group than in the chlorpromazine group,P<0.05.The improvement of PANSS score in the treatment group with clozapine and the treatment group with risperidone was greater than that in the treatment group with clozapine,P<0.05.Renal function indexes of the three groups all changed after treatment,and the correlation of renal function indexes of the three groups was similar,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of renal impairment among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of clozapine,chlorpromazine and risperidone has a certain effect on the renal function of patients with schizophrenia,and can bring about renal function damage.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of renal function in the treatment process to ensure the safety of treatment.
