采用Vitapex糊剂一次性根充治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用Vitapex糊剂一次性根充治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的有效性。方法纳入2016年1月至2018年12月100例乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿,随机分组。一次性氧化锌碘仿糊剂根充组实施一次性氧化锌碘仿糊剂根充,Vitapex糊剂一次性根充组实施Vitapex糊剂一次性根充。分析乳牙慢性根尖周炎疼痛症状消失时间、肿胀感消失时间、咀嚼功能恢复正常的时间;治疗前后患儿咀嚼功能的测评值、外周血清炎性因子指标C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6以及肿瘤坏死因子-α;并发症。结果治疗前两组咀嚼功能的测评值、外周血清炎性因子指标C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6以及肿瘤坏死因子-α比较,P>0.05;治疗后Vitapex糊剂一次性根充组咀嚼功能的测评值、外周血清炎性因子指标C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6以及肿瘤坏死因子-α优于一次性氧化锌碘仿糊剂根充组,P<0.05。结论乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿实施Vitapex糊剂一次性根充可获得较好效果,可有效缓解临床症状,并改善咀嚼功能,缩短治疗的时间,减轻患儿的疼痛,并控制牙周炎症指标。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of one-time root canal filling with Vitapex paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.Methods 100 children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.One-time zinc oxide iodoform paste was used in root canal filling group,and one-time Vitapex paste was used in Vitapex paste group.To analyze the disappearance time of pain symptoms,swelling sensation and masticatory function in deciduous teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis,the evaluation of masticatory function before and after treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)in peripheral serum,and complications.Results Before treatment,the chewing function of the two groups,the peripheral serum inflammatory factor indicators C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the chewing function of the Vitapex paste disposable root canal group,the peripheral serum inflammatory factor indicators C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha were better than those of zinc oxide iodoform paste disposable root canal group.Group B,P<0.05.Conclusion Vitapex paste can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve masticatory function,shorten treatment time,alleviate pain and control periodontal inflammation in children with chronic periapical periodontitis.
