腹腔镜在低位直肠癌根治术(Miles)中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的主要分析腹腔镜技术在低位直肠癌根治术中的临床应用效果,为未来进一步提高直肠癌治疗效果奠定基础。方法选取我院于2016年1月至2018年8月收治的34例直肠癌患者,随机将其分为观察组、对照组,其中观察组患者17例,接受腹腔镜低位直肠癌根治术治疗;对照组患者17例,接受开放式低位直肠癌根治术治疗,评价两种治疗方法的临床应用效果。结果两种治疗方法的临床治疗总有效率数据差异不显著,P>0.05,但是比较两组直肠癌患者的相关手术指标后,发现观察组患者的下床活动时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间等数据优于对照组,P<0.05;两组患者的保肛率数据差异显著(P<0.05),淋巴结清扫数量等数据差异不显著,P>0.05。结论在低位直肠癌根治术中,采用腹腔镜技术可以取得满意的治疗效果,该方法的治疗总有效率与传统手术相同,但是手术治疗的相关指标、保肛率等明显优于传统手术,因此应该在临床上做进一步推广。Objective To analyze the clinical application of laparoscopic technique in the treatment of low rectal cancer,and to lay the foundation for further improvement of rectal cancer treatment.Methods Thirty-four patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them,17 patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical rectal cancer radical resection.Treatment;17 patients in the control group underwent open low-grade rectal cancer,and evaluated the clinical application of the two treatments.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two treatments,P>0.05.However,after comparing the surgical indexes of the two groups of rectal cancer patients,the time of getting out of bed and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group were found.The data were better than the control group,P<0.05.There was significant difference in the anal sphincter data between the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference in the number of lymph node dissection was not significant,P>0.05.Conclusion In the radical resection of low rectal cancer,laparoscopic technique can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.The total effective rate of this method is the same as that of traditional surgery,but the related indicators of surgical treatment and anal sphincter preservation rate are obviously superior to traditional surgery.Therefore,it should be further promoted in the clinic.
