更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合脾氨肽治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎

摘　　要：目的探讨探讨更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合脾氨肽治疗方法在上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者中的临床应用疗效。方法选取我院2017年5月至2018年10月收治的78例上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(更昔洛韦眼用凝胶联合脾氨肽治疗)和对照组(更昔洛韦眼用凝胶)各39例,观察两组患者的治疗恢复情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率(97.44%>76.92%)及其对于治疗效果的满意度评分[(92.16±5.48)分>(83.44±4.25)分]相对更高(P<0.05),而复发率(5.13%<17.95%)相对更低(P<0.05),角膜溃疡愈合时间[(4.14±0.75)d<(6.72±1.36)d]和症状完全消失时间[(5.02±0.68)d<(7.33±1.18)d]相对更短(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦眼用凝胶与脾氨肽联合用药是上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎临床治疗的良好选择,有效改善患者临床症状的同时,降低疾病的复发风险。Objective To investigate the clinical application of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel combined with spleen aminopeptide in patients with epithelial herpes simplex keratitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with epithelial herpes simplex keratitis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the observation group(ganciclovir ophthalmic gel combined with spleen aminopeptide).And 39 patients in the control group(ganciclovir ophthalmic gel),the treatment recovery of the two groups was observed.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment efficiency of the observation group(97.44%>76.92%)and its satisfaction score for the treatment effect[(92.16±5.48)points>(83.44±4.25)points]were relatively higher(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate(5.13%<17.95%)was relatively lower(P<0.05),the healing time of corneal ulcer[(4.14±0.75)d(6.72±1.36)d]and the time of complete disappearance of symptoms[(5.02±0.68)d<(7.33±1.18)d]is relatively shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and spleen aminopeptide is a good choice for the clinical treatment of epithelial herpes simplex keratitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the risk of recurrence.
