帕罗西汀联合无抽搐电休克治疗伴自杀倾向抑郁症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨帕罗西汀联合无抽搐电休克治疗伴自杀倾向抑郁症的疗效。方法2016年8月至2018年8月,选择本院伴自杀倾向抑郁症患者84例作为研究资料,依据治疗方案分组,对照组为帕罗西汀治疗,观察组为帕罗西汀联合无抽搐电休克治疗,各42例,观察两组治疗前后抑郁程度变化、治疗效果、自杀观念意识变化及药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者HAMD评分及Beck评分均较高,且比较无显著性差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组HAMD评分及Beck评分明显降低,且改善程度显著优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗有效率95.24%,对照组为80.95%,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组不良反应率9.52%,对照组7.14%,比较无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在自杀倾向抑郁症患者治疗中采用帕罗西汀联合无抽搐电休克治疗方案对降低抑郁程度有明显作用,利于调节其自杀观念意识,获得良好的治疗效果,且不良反应不会增加,安全性高,属于有效安全的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the efficacy of paroxetine combined with non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the treatment of suicidal depression.Methods From August 2016 to August 2018,84 patients with suicidal tendency depression in our hospital were selected as the study data.The control group was divided into two groups.The control group was treated with paroxetine.The observation group was paroxetine combined with no convulsion electroconvulsive shock.Treatment,42 cases,observed changes in the degree of depression before and after treatment,treatment effects,changes in suicidal ideation and adverse drug reactions.Results Before treatment,the HAMD score and Beck score were higher in the two groups,and there was no significant difference,P>0.05.After treatment,the HAMD score and Beck score of the observation group were significantly lower,and the improvement degree was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05 The effective rate of observation group was 95.24%,the control group was 80.95%,the difference was significant,P<0.05;the adverse reaction rate of observation group was 9.52%,and the control group was 7.14%,there was no statistical significance,P>0.05..Conclusion The use of paroxetine combined with non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the treatment of suicidal depression patients has a significant effect on reducing the degree of depression,which is conducive to regulating their suicidal ideation,obtaining good therapeutic effects,and the adverse reactions will not increase,safety.High,is an effective and safe treatment.
