香苏散合四逆散治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨香苏散合四逆散治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法将132例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组各66例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,研究组在其基础上加用香苏散合四逆散治疗。检测血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平及胃黏膜前列腺素(PGE2)含量,评价主要证候积分与临床疗效。结果两组治疗后血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平明显降低,胃黏膜PGE2含量明显增加,且组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要证候积分均明显降低,且组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为90.9%;对照组总有效率为80.3%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香苏散合四逆散治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎具有满意的效果,并能抑制TNF-α、IL-1β等炎性因子水平,上调PGE2等内源性保护因子的表达。Objective To explore the curative effect of xiangsu powder and sini powder in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Methods 132 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritiswere randomly divided into two groups,66 patients in each group.The control group were treatedwith conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group were treated with xiangsu powder and sini powder.Serum levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and gastric mucosa prostaglandin(PGE2)were measured,and the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results After treatment,serum IL-1βand TNF-αlevels were sigificantly decreased in both groups,PGE2 content in gastric mucosa were significantly increased,and the comparison between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main syndromes in both groups were significantly reduced,and the comparison between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.3%,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsu powder and sini powder have satisfactory effects in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and can inhibit the level of inflammatory factors such as TNF-and IL-1β,and up-regulate the expression of endogenous protective factors such as PGE2.
