摘 要:独立学院在我国高等教育中占据着重要地位。独立学院转设后,将失去对母体高校关键资源的支持,面临着优质品牌流失、师资力量不足、人才培养模式不明确、专业设置不合理以及内部管理体制不完善等问题,直接影响独立学院未来的可持续发展。文章运用资源依赖理论,阐述独立学院对母体高校在品牌、师资和管理等多方面存在的资源依赖,进而提出加强自身品牌建设并扩大对外宣传、激发内生动力并加强优质教师的引进与培养、改革人才培养模式并设置合理的专业结构、优化内部管理体制并加强管理人才培养等建议,力图使独立学院保持依赖与自治的平衡,实现可持续发展。Independent colleges occupy an important position in China’s higher education. After the transfer of independent colleges, they will lose their dependence on the key resources of their parent universities and be faced with the development difficulties such as the loss of high-quality brands, insufficient teachers, unclear talent cultivation model, unreasonable professional setting and imperfect internal management system, which will directly affect their sustainable development in the future. Based on the analysis framework of resource dependence theory, this paper expounds the dependence of independent colleges on the brand, teacher and management resources of parent universities. It proposes to strengthen its own brand building and expand external publicity, stimulate internal motivation and strengthen the recruitment and training of high-quality teachers, reform the talent training model and set up a reasonable professional structure, optimize the internal management system and strengthen management personnel training, so as to strive to make independent colleges maintain a balance between dependence and autonomy for sustainable development.
