摘　　要：互联网的发展带来了外贸行业的大规模升级转型,包括跨境电商在内的新外贸、新业态不断发展,新型外语外贸人才需求不断增加的同时,其人才培养模式仍存在问题.本研究针对浙江省外语外贸相关行业企业人才需求情况,通过问卷和访谈形式进行调研,从而构建商务外语人才模型和立体化育人模式,为面向行业就业的商务外语教育教学提供对策和建议.The development of the Internet has brought about large-scale transformation and upgrading of the international trade industry and international trade forms and business forms have continuously developed.With the increasing demand for the new foreign languages and trade talents,there are still problems in its personnel training mode.Based on the needs of enterprises in foreign trade related industries in Zhejiang Province,the research was conducted by questionnaire and interview,so as to build a talent model of business foreign languages and a three-dimensional cultivating mode,and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the teaching of business foreign languages that suits the employment.
