摘　　要：通过对保育员专业能力现状的调查与分析,从7个领域22个方面,构建了保育员职业准入时应具备的专业能力标准,简称"722"标准,同时提出了职前教育、强化职业资格认定的规范化管理实施建议.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of nursing professional competence,this paper constructs the standard of professional competence,referred to as"722" standard,from 22 aspects of 7 fields,and puts forward some suggestions for the standardized management of pre-job education and strengthening professional qualification.
