摘 要:针对全尾砂膏体充填过程自动控制存在非线性,大滞后等特点,常规PID算法不能实现膏体充填精准控制,浓度波动较大,稳定性差等问题,以山东某金矿充填系统为研究对象,根据充填体的不同强度,采用不同灰砂比,建立充填料浆浓度系统模型,设计了基于混沌优化模糊CAMC控制策略,以提高浓度控制的稳定性。通过MATLAB仿真,将混沌优化模糊CMAC控制器与常规PID控制器进行对比分析,结果表明:混沌优化模糊CMAC控制器可以实现充填料浆浓度精准控制;混沌优化模糊CMAC控制器在控制速度、稳定性方面都优于常规PID控制器,浓度控制误差在±3%,比常规PID算法提高4.5%,能够满足全尾砂膏体充填系统控制要求。In view of the characteristics of nonlinear and large delay of automatic control in the process of full tailings paste filling,the conventional PID algorithm can not achieve precise control during paste filling,leading to the problems of large concentration fluctuation and poor stability.Taking the filling system of a gold mine in Shandong Province as the research object,according to the different strength of the filling body,a system model of the filling slurry concentration with different cement sand ratios was established,and the fuzzy CAMC control strategy based on chaos optimization was designed to improve the stability of the concentration control.Through MATLAB simulation,the fuzzy CMAC controller was compared with the conventional PID controller.The results show that the fuzzy CMAC controller based on chaos optimization can realize the accurate control of the filling slurry concentration,which is superior to the conventional PID controller in the control speed and stability.And the concentration control error is within ±3%,which is 4.5% higher than that of the conventional PID algorithm.The fuzzy CMAC controller can meet the control requirements of the full tailings paste filling system.
